My name is Ethan Fox, and I want to know about the intersection of media, technology, and culture. I'm a current high school student in computer science and sociology. Whether it's the algorithmic bias of social media or what makes us trust a sports broadcast based on the framing technique used to present it, I'm game to explore.

You'll find here an exploration of the following: How does technology journalism shape the story around artificial intelligence? What do we learn about humanity through online gaming communities? This will not be a personal blog about my existence, but instead, an analytical take on trends with occasional reports of the realities of coding and sociology.

Because I need to create a blog for my Media, Technology, and Culture class, I dedicated this blog for that purpose.   The Cultural Mirror of Severance: A Critique of Modern Work and Identity   Severance (Apple TV+, 2022) is a perfect example of horror reflecting social fears when processed over time, as it is very much a product of 21st-century fears surrounding employment and human identity.
